Carving Careers is working in partnerships with 3b and is able to offer training whether you need to develop skills in business or employability. We offer a range of in-house training including Neuro Linguistic Programming, (NLP)- this is a psychology and communication tool, which is very effective for managing business contacts. Whether you are an employee or employer. Carving Careers also focuses on working with the black minority ethnic community BME and supporting the removal of limiting self-beliefs.

Holding one day workshops and/or running longer term career development programmes for people who wish to maximise career opportunities in a tough economic climate and looking at new flexible ways of working. 3b has a range of sub contractors who can offer training on all aspects of business from social media, health and safety training to intellectual property rights.

• Vocational Training

Carving Careers supports the bridging of the gap between academic qualifications and vocational training with experience of supporting people into meaningful careers .We also run an employability programme for people who want to gain OCR qualifications. The benefit of this service is that it is a one-stop shop for career support, tailored to individual need depending on the type of industry you want to enter. We support breaking into all industries and have a range of experience across all jobs. We are unique because we will do all the groundwork for the individual in helping them to establish themselves in their chosen career which includes mentoring, networking and work placements.

If you are a trainer, 3b can offer services such as webinar, which is beneficial for expanding your target audience. We have a range of facilities, which are suitable for training this includes I.T suites and training and conference room’s ideal for your delivery.
